nEVERMINd, a short comedic feature for mature audiences, required creativity and improvisation, as we wrote and shot the entire short in a single day as a flexibility exercise.

Non-profit work

Penguicon Videos

From Liquid Nitrogen Ice Cream demonstrations to Penguicon's presence at the Detroit Maker Faire to editing live concerts that were recorded by the audience, Strudel Town Disco has been the source of video promotions for midwest non-profit conventions. 

 

Most projects in this category have no budget, no equipment that isn't borrowed from staff, and sparse lighting.   We are always excited to help our local non-profit organizations create something from nothing!

ConFusion T-shirts

When your brand identity changes every year, it is even more important to keep a common graphic style between web site, T-shirts, program books and more.  Over the years I've provided many designs to highlight the topic of the year.

Convention logos

A logo has to identify a brand within a few moments - it needs to make a statement about what a brand represents.

 

In this case, Penguicon needed a logo that expressed science, science fiction, and open source software.  The penguin riding a rocketship was a perfect match.
